Earn points by ordering online or showing your Explore DTLV 4-letter Member Code at the venues location, when you make a purchase. If using the Member Code, you may show it at the front counter or provide the number to your server. Access your Member Code through the app by selecting “Member Code” on the bottom right navigation menu. If you do not have the app downloaded, you can use your registered phone number to earn points. Points will be awarded based on your total, prior to tax and your current tier status. Points are updated within 1 hour of your purchase.

Orders made through third-party food delivery platforms (e.g. UberEats) are not eligible to receive Explore DTLV points nor qualify as progress towards achieving or maintaining Explore DTLV status tiers. Unfortunately, our system is unable to process transactions placed outside of our platforms for points.

Total points earned allows us to track your progress and place you in the proper tier. Total points earned includes your redeemable earned points. Your available points or current balance are points that you can use to redeem rewards.

You can view your gift and rewards at any time through the app by selecting “Gifts” on the homescreen. If you have enabled push notifications, you may receive a push notification for any new rewards. You may also receive a text message that says you have gifts waiting to be claimed.

To earn and redeem a reward when placing an order with the app, simply click on “Order,” create an account or login to your existing account. Find the restaurant that you want to order from, select your items and continue to checkout. You’ll see the applicable gifts located on that screen. Similar to ordering at our locations, your mobile order purchases will earn you rewards. You do not have to purchase any additional items to redeem a free reward.

To redeem a reward at the register, claim your reward item in the Explore DTLV app, order your desired reward menu with a cashier, bartender or server and present your Member Code.

Rewards can be redeemed at any participating location. Currently, participating locations are Gold Spike, Inspire, Corduroy, Place on 7th, Downtown Terrace, Oak & Ivy, Big Ern’s BBQ, Fiddlestix, The Smashed Pig, and Downtowner.

Each reward has a unique expiration date. You can view expiration dates for all available rewards through the app by selecting “Rewards”, then select the reward. If a reward has expired, unfortunately, it cannot be re-added to your account.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to earn points If you forgot to enter your Member Code.
